Relevant Experience & Skills:
At least 15+ years’ relevant Indian Accounting & Finance experience and senior management experience within the Professional Services, Accounting, or Financial Services sectors.
Demonstrable experience of successfully building and managing an F&A business in India with an international client base.
The person should be well-versed with Indian Accounting, Direct Tax, Indirect Tax and compliance for setting-up offices in India
Desirable if he/she has worked in a Big 4 firm in India
A relevant Accounting or IIM qualification required
Our client, an internationally renowned provider of IT and financial services and having substantial activities in the Capital Markets, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Real Estate, Property Management domains is currently on the lookout for a Delivery Head (International Expansion) for immediate placement in their regional headquarters in Bangalore.
The is a highly challenging and demanding role with a rapidly growing company and you are expected to carry extremely high leadership, management and upstream as well as downstream communication skills to be considered for the job.
Responsible of ensuring highest degree of client satisfaction and promoter NPS score.
Ensure overall delivery of seamless services to customer.
Manage and reduce costs on standard offerings, assets, technologies, licenses, facilities, subcontractors (where required).
Manage recruiting, staffing, pyramid mix, utilization, cost-to-serve, and capacity of staff to optimize balance between cost and delivery targets.
Mange a team of 160+ people with high growth potential and expectations
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, ability to analyze and resolve business and interpersonal problems quickly and independently, ability to simplify complex tasks and drive efficiencies.
Address performance opportunities across the service delivery operations, create operational approach and implement continuous improvement and implement the levers to consistently achieve performance targets.
Actively participate in Account quality review process, Delivery Leadership reviews and engage appropriately in our clients quality assurance program.
Is directly responsible for career management of service delivery operations staff (e.g. training, engagement, mentoring, succession planning and annual performance process).
May participate in the development of standard costing of new services/contracts and sign off on commitment to proposed Service Level Agreement (SLAs).
Contributes broad and deep knowledge in areas of functional or business specialization across a broad operational framework/range of projects.
Work with Business Development team for cultivation of new sales and business development activities to sell and deliver the clients Accounting Services to international and domestic clients.
Represent the organization by organizing, leading and participating in key industry forums, thought leadership events, seminars and networking events.
Develop the India senior management team to help enable business expansion
Help promote internally, and identify externally, opportunities for cross-selling the business services
